Who should try full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy?

Can I customize the sessions?
Yes! We have three Sunlighten Saunas that come pre-programmed with different protocols, such as: Cardio, Weight Loss, Detoxification, Pain Relief, Relaxation, and Anti-Aging.
Will the infrared sauna make me feel overheated or claustrophobic?
Not at all. Traditional saunas heat the air around you, which can feel heavy and suffocating. Our infrared sauna warms your body directly, providing much deeper therapeutic benefits at a highly comfortable, breathable temperature. Think of it as more of a workout sweat versus a standing-outside-on-a-hot-day sweat. As for claustrophobia – our infrared sauna is sized for two people (although we only book you with someone if you request them).
Who should avoid Infrared Sauna?
Individuals with a history of heat intolerance, unstable cardiovascular conditions, severe low blood pressure, open wounds, or active fever. Pregnant individuals and those with internal surgical implants should consult their physician before booking.
