How do the Unlimited Memberships work?
Unlimited Memberships allow our clients to customize their wellness journey by selecting the modalities that work for their unique needs. Clients are then able to use all of the base modalities (Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, PEMF, Compression), boosters, and premium services in their plans.
What if I don't know what modalities I should be doing? How do I get started?
We do not allow booking of Unlimited Memberships without a tour and consultation. This is because we want to work with you to determine what is the right membership given your goals.
A great option is to book our new client intro offer which gives you a two week unlimited pass. This is a great time to try different modalities out risk-free, so that you can find what is the right groove for you!

Where can I learn more about each of the therapies?
We have a lot of information on our website. You can look at the individual services under the “Service” tab or you can see the science behind the therapies we offer on the “What is right for me?” page. “What is right for me?” has links to articles and a helpful chart showing the intersection of common ailments and level of research that has been performed for each therapy to support its efficacy.
Are there any other benefits with the Unlimited Membership?
Yes! Outside of getting unlimited daily access to the modalities in your plan, you also get some other great discounts! If you want to do a base modality that is not in your plan, you can do so for $20 each. If you want to add a boost that is not in your plan, you can do so for $15 each. We also have discounted pricing for spray tans, skin enhancement by WellFIT sessions, and Lymphatic Drainage.
Do you have any other Membership options?
We have an Unlimited EVERYTHING membership option. This is for the super-user who has a varied set of modalities and wants to fully utilize our offerings. As the name implies, EVERYTHING is included! You have access to all modalities offered, all extensions and upgrades, and all specialty services we offer. You can use each modality one time per day, with some minimal restrictions based on manufacturer’s health recommendations.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome! Although the pricing is much better for a membership or wellness session multi-pack, we understand everyone is on a different wellness journey. We hope to see you soon!
Why are Lymphatic Drainage, Spray Tan, and WellFit not able to be used every single day in the Unlimited Memberships?
The manufacturer’s have posted guidelines about what a maximum healthy usage of these modalities are. This is why Lymphatic Drainage is limited to three sessions per week, spray tanning is once per week, and WellFit is three times per week. You should always consult with your doctor to understand a healthy limit for your body for all modalities.
Can I share my membership with family?
Unlimited memberships are not able to be shared. However, we will discount the cheaper of the two unlimited membership plans by 20% to encourage joint membership. Couples who exercise and recover together are more likely to be successful in developing a healthy regimen!

We are conveniently located in Rancho Penasquitos Town Center at 13223-5 Black Mountain Rd a few doors down from Vons. We serve clients look for premier wellness treatments near Poway, Carmel Mountain, 4S Ranch, Mira Mesa, Sabre Springs, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Torrey Highlands and beyond. We are open Monday-Friday 8am – 7pm; Saturday from 9am – 2pm; and Sunday 10am – 2pm. We also have small group/ party bookings available. Please call to inquire.
