Understanding the Benefits of Stacking Wellness Modalities
Wellness Modalities are the specific therapeutic offerings that we provide. Our customers can select our offerings a la carte to develop their own wellness “Stack”. Multiple modalities have overlaying effects or work to achieve goals in different ways. When used in a Stack, the user gets more comprehensive results.
Our users can develop virtually any stack they desire. Don’t worry, the Education page on our site and our Wellnesticians will guide you along the way! We also have a list of Popular Stacks to get you started. As always, consult with your doctor before.
Of course you can! However, it would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. We have purchased the best equipment on the market to ensure that our customers are achieving their fitness goals. You will find our equipment brands in professional training rooms as well as celebrity mansions. Leave the electric bills, maintenance, and cleaning to us!
Our treatment is based around the theory of Stacking modalities. To do that, we have acquired the most comprehensive set of equipment in the area. We will not upsell you to expensive IV or invasive cosmetic treatments. We support naturopathic treatments that trigger, stimulate, and promote healing from within our own bodies.

Whole Body Cryotherapy
Session Length: 3 to 3.5 minutes
Frequency: Can be used daily
How does it work? Extreme cold (windchill at -170 F) puts your body into fight or flight mode, which stimulates your body’s sympathetic nervous system.
Options: Our equipment allows for multiple windspeeds as well as the ability to adjust therapy time (typically between 2 to 4 minutes).
Indications: Inflammation/ Injury, Pain, Recovery, Circulation, Collagen Production, Skin Health, Joint Health
How to prepare for first session? You will enter a changing room – attire needed includes gloves, shoes, and ear muffs. Skin exposure is key – we offer shorts and sports bras if needed. Piercings need to be covered and jewelry removed.
Red Light Therapy
Session Length: 10 minutes
Frequency: 3 – 5x/ week
How does it work? Very specific wavelengths are used to produce cellular reactions. Notably, stimulating the mitochondria increases ATP production (ATP are the energy packets your body uses to function)
Equipment Modes/ Indications: Pain, Recovery, Inflammation, Cognitive, Injury, Immunity, Anti-Aging, Stress, Detox, Relaxation – You can select one or double up your session with two selections
How to prepare for first session? The Red Light Therapy bed is in a private room, where one of our Wellnesticians will have prepared equipment based on your preference. In bathing suit attire, you will lay on the bed. For blue light procedures you are advised to wear goggles.
Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Frequency Therapy (PEMF)
Session Length: 20 – 50 minutes
Frequency: Daily usage approved; 2-3x/ week is a good starting point
How does it work? PEMF influences cellular behavior by inducing electrical charges around and within cells. This stimulates cells to reproduce and rebuild injured blood vessels.
Equipment Modes: Our Wellnestician will guide you to a comfortable level of magnetism. Can include Oxygenation as an add on.
Indications: Reduce pain/ inflammation, reduce muscle spasms, improve blood flow, post-operative pain, bone healing, has shown promise for arthritis, lumbago, and sciatica.
How to prepare for first session? Wear normal workout clothes. Our Wellnestician will help guide you as you lay on the mat for the procedure.
Compression Therapy
Session Length: 30 – 50 minutes
Frequency: Daily usage okay
How does it work? Typically used pre or post-workout, or 2-3x per week for pre-workout or post-workout recovery.
Equipment Modes: Recovery, Flush, Rehab, Custom. Can use for legs, hips, or shoulders.
Indications: Athletic Recovery, Pre/Post Workout, Improvement to circulation, muscular health
How to prepare for first session? Wear light pants that cover your legs to prevent and chaffing from the boots. Wear normal workout clothes.
Lymphatic Drainage
Session Length: 35-50 minutes
Frequency: Starting 2-3x/ week and then if in maintenance approx 1/ week
How does it work? The user puts on the pants or jacket which contain air bladders. The bladders inflate and deflate to move fluid and waste products that build up in tissues back to the lymphatic vessels. Think of it was pushing body waste and bloat to your body’s garbage can. Benefits include visual silhouette slimming, prevention and elimination of cellulite, volume reduction of legs, abdomen, buttocks, prevention and potential elimination of varicose veins, and firming, rejuvenating, and toning of the skin.
Equipment Modes/ Indications:
- Sports Massage – relief of muscle soreness/ fatigue
- Relaxation – improve circulation, prevent varicose veins
- Slimming/ Cellulite Treatment – improve circulation and reduce cellulite appearance
- Lymphatic Drainage – improve lymphatic flow to promote toxin elimination and reduce fluid retention
How to prepare for first session? Wear light pants or leggings if using the pants set and long sleeve shirt if using the top set.
Infrared Sauna
Session Length: 30 minutes / 50 minutes
Frequency: 3 – 5x/ week
How does it work? Infrared heaters emit specific wavelengths of light that penetrate skin and tissues to raise core body temperature.
Equipment Modes: Variable degree settings and modes. Optional Halotherapy and Red Light Therapy (add’l charge).
Indications: Weight Loss/ Increased Metabolism, Temporary Muscle Pain Relief, Improved Sleep, Detox, Cellulite, Joint Pain/ Stiffness, Stress/ Fatigue Reduction, Skin Improvement
How to prepare for first session? The user will select which chromotherapy (light color) they would prefer. Users are supplied with a shorts and top and a towel. Bring plenty of water – you will sweat!!!
Halotherapy
Session Length: 30 minutes
Frequency: 2-3x/ week for respiratory; 1-2x/ week for skin improvement
How does it work? A milling machine grinds pharmaceutical grade salt into fine particles that are inhaled as well as absorbed on the skin. The sauna is warmed to approx. 80 degrees for max effectiveness.
Equipment Modes: Halotherapy salt is the base procedure but CBD (non-THC) is an upgrade. Can also upgrade with Red Light Therapy.
Indications: Inflammation, Anti-Aging, Improve Respiratory Health (Asthma, Allergies, COPD, Sinusitis), Skin Conditions (Acne, Psoriasis, Eczema, Rosacea). CBD indicated for mood improvement, calmness, pain relief.
How to prepare for first session? Prepare similar to a sauna but work for more skin exposure (tank top and shorts).
Spray Tan & WellFit(TM)
Session Length: approx. 10 minutes
Frequency: 3x/ week for WellFit skin improvements (best results use daily); once every 9-12 days for spray tan
How does Spray Tanning work? A combination of DHA and Erythulose (natural sugar found in red raspberries) react with proteins on skin’s superficial layer to form a golden-brown colors. Your skin will beghin to darken 2-3 hrs after application and reach peak color within 24 hours. Will naturally fade through exfoliation, similar to a sun tan.
How does WellFit work? Using the same spraying mechanism as the spray tan, but instead using a topical spray evenly applied to the body

Indications: Anyone looking for aesthetic or functional skin improvement
How to prepare for first session? Make sure skin is exfoliated and dry. FDA recommends spray tanners use: eye protection, nose filters, ear plugs, lip balm, and undergarments, which we provide. Cover hands and feet with barrier cream to prevent discoloration of nails (also provided). Long hair should be pulled up.
