Full Job Description
Our Wellnessticians are accountable for ensuring that each of our guests have the customer experience of a lifetime, each time they visit our facility. We are looking for candidates who are reliable and have a willingness to learn and want to accept the role of being the face of our company to customers. Previous experience in health/ wellness environment or membership sales platforms is great but we will train the right candidates.
Basic Job Duties & Requirements
Enthusiastically be present and welcoming of all of our customers and potential customers
Be able to comprehend and speak to literature surrounding the different modalities that we offer to enable customers to develop their appropriate regimen, or “stack”, of modalities in order to achieve their wellness goals
Interact with Mindbody, Messenger AI, RingCentral, and other systems as required
Prepare each piece of equipment for our members, which includes sanitizing, programming, and basic troubleshooting to ensure our customers have an efficient and effective visit
Must be able to read, write, and converse in English in direct dialogue, via email, and via text.
Follow up with internal and external leads to drive membership sales. Occasionally represent our company at tabling events or other events to drive brand awareness and membership sales.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout a working shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
Other projects and duties assigned at owner’s discretion
Benefits
Pay: $23/ hr after training period is completed and the business officially opens (training pay is $19/ hour). Opportunity for raise of $0.50/ hr after six months equivalency is completed, each six months, up to $25/ hr pending satisfactory performance reviews.
Commission: Commission pay for customer conversion to memberships, sales of packages, sales of individual services, and retail sales.
Paid Sick Leave: All employees accrue Paid Sick Leave at a rate of 1 hour earned per 30 hours worked. Full-time employees will accrue at a rate of 1 hour earned per 25 hours worked (approx. 10 days per calendar year). Eligible for use after 90 days of employment.
Use of Facilities: Employees will be given monthly credits based on time worked to use facilities on off-shifts when services are not in use by paying customers.

Our store’s projected hours are currently as follows:
M-F: 8am – 7pm
Sat: 9am – 2pm
Sun: 10am – 2pm
We are trying to hire two full time employees to cover an 7:45am – 4:15pm shift. Note that this might change to an earlier shift if customer patterns warrant it. We are also hiring part-time shifts to cover evenings and weekends. Hours for those may change as well and may be extended for private events.
