Owner John Petrachonis has lived in Rancho Penasquitos for over a decade with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, deeply rooted in the community they call home.  With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, JP was able to witness firsthand the effects of physical demands of hard work.  Conversations with Ironworkers sparked an interest in identifying ways to maintain peak physical performance over time.  His own issues with a chronically bad back that turned in to a bad hip pushed him to seek out real, lasting solutions for pain management and recovery. With a background in engineering, JP approached wellness modalities with healthy skepticism—diving deep into scientific literature, published studies, expert interviews, and firsthand user experiences. He also personally tested the methods he researched.
